Hey friends and family!
NEWS: Jared was "rolled" back due to, too many people going onto the next section of training and too many people staying in that section. We asked God to open the door to us being done in November or close that door, and he closed it. We are happy because this is in God's plan :)
Baby Number 2 is healthy, my official due date is JANUARY 15th, 2013. I currently have an ultrasound appointment at 5 am on on Saturday September 8th to find out what we are having :) And that happens to be the day Peter and I are traveling to Phoenix! (We are sooo excited) I will be calling the Radiology Department here frequently to check on cancelled appointments so we can get an earlier one.
Since we are not going to be moving by November I've been considering getting a part time job that I can take PK to, however that seems unlikely, so I started back up my Etsy Shop: Comfort Collections. If you don't have facebook or don't check it you probably havn't heard we are not eating a Plant-based, whole foods diet! It is turning out really good so far! I've already added food to my "like list" that I didn't have there before! And it's cheaper than the Zone diet that Jared was doing before :) I wanted to share this yummy make with you!
Vegan Blueberry/Strawberry Muffins
I ended up using strawberries because I didn't have enough blueberries and I used oil (gasp!) because I didn't have any soy margarine. The most important fact... they were delicious!
Also, I wanted to share a few family pics! These first ones are of PK in his super hero cape, also commonly known as his pooh blanky. He also has Daddy's Ranger hat on, oh, and he's naked... what a boy, right?
These pics are from our family night last month, we went to the arcade with 10 dollars, PK played on of those games where you spin the wheel and it gives you so many tickets, he landed on 100. That $10 got PK quite a few toys and Daddy got to play a shooting game he likes! Then we went to Mellow Mushroom for pizza!
Anyway, that's the newest! We've been really happy and enjoyed our weekends as a family! Miss all our extended family! LOVE,

Hi folks! Red today, in honor of the Chickfila drama. Apparently there is supposed to be a protest tomorrow? Seems silly to me to protest freedom of speech in America, but anyway. I was searching around on Ikea.com, planning my house that I don't have yet and wondering how to tweak this one when I realized I havn't updated our dearest people in a while. (I have no cute pictures *sad face*)
NEWS:
-Pregnant *big smile*
-Jared may be here training until March-ish due to many different factors, so I'm trying to make our home ready for a plus 1 (hense the Ikea search)
-PK and I will be in AZ Sept 8th-26th!!! We want to see everyone as much as possible!
-Jared and I miss AZ but are grateful for the great friends God has provided here. However, we often wonder the purpose of the mosquito and plan to discuss it with our Lord on the other side of heaven.
Well that is all, may you count your blessings today because your husband/wife is not deployed during war time, because you have not lost a limb due to an ied, because you have the right to voice your opinion about marriage, and because you can afford private internet at your home to read this wonderful blog :) I had my world put in perspective a few minutes ago, just hoping share that perspective with our loved ones!
